Odour is common problem which you get on summer days , even if you apply 24 hours deodorants or wear a cotton clothes, its very hard to avoid odour , so i am going to share some tips to avoid odour naturally
1.)Just mix a pinch of baking soda in water after taking bath. Apply Some of the solution to your underarms ,Clean it with a towel.
2.)Baking soda also be applied on the deodorants layer , that is applying baking soda after spraying deodorants.
3.) You can mix lemon juice + baking soda and apply it after taking shower at night time.
4.)If you sweat more, take bath twice everyday during summer.its the natural way to reduce odour
5.) Rub cucumber slices on the armpits after taking bath.
6.) Increase the intake of water in your diet.
Try these tips to prevent body odour naturally. Apart from these natural tips, prefer wearing light and clean clothes which keeps you cool and maintains hygiene. Also eat green vegetables and fresh fruits.
