Your diet plays great role to make you  look beautiful . Here is the list of food items that you should you have

 

Almonds:

 

These nuts have anti aging properties in them and it contain lot of vitamin E and take only 5-6 nuts.

 

Protein:

 

Tuna , beans, lean turkey ,boneless chicken breast  have protein contents will keep nails strong.

 

Vitamin B:

 

Foods that contain vitamin B make your hair shiny . eggs, milk, green vegetables , poultry , raw oats, cucumber skin, onions, bean  are food items that contain vitamin B.

 

Fish:

 

Salmon fish contain fatty acids that will give more water content to your skin and keep your skin good.

 

Zinc and calcium:

 

Zinc & calcium help to avoid pimples and oysters, turkey ,seafood, eggs, milk and skim milk, low-fat cheese, yogurt things will reduce wrinkles too.

 

Vitamin C:

 

Oranges ,mango, honeydew, papaya  contains vitamin c and vitamin c will help to fight against wrinkles and kiwi fruit also  contain vitamin c.


Water: Drink as much as water as you can. Water removes the toxins and refreshes your skin and makes in glow.


Tomatoes: Eat tomatoes in any form and you will ingest these antioxidants.


Apples: To remove stain from  your teeth eat apples
