[beauty_care:47] Hair Growth & Hair Loss

Hi Friends , after long days , i got time to send today tips of hair growth & hair loss , hope this was helpful for you 



1.) You must eat food items with protein contents like  lean meat , fish ,eggs,nuts,beans.

2.) Your hair needs zinc contents like peanut butter, lean meat,oysters ,crab.

3.) take vitamin c contents like citrus fruits ,pine apples,strawberries .

4.) Vitamin B contents reduce hair loss ,so intake vitamin B like sea food, spinach, oatmeal,bananas,potatoes( with the skin)

5.) some times your medicines may also reduce the hair growth and avoid straightening of hair , curling also.

6.) Stress can also affect your hair growth , so try to relive stress.

  1. Last year, during of my last year of university, I had some big problems with my hair caused by the stress.
