hi friends , this is sridharan , today i am going to share tips to clean your nose and keeping it clean , lets see it now

Cleaning Your Nose

Everyone wants to permanently keep their nose look clean and clear.

Tips:-

1.) Take some boiled water and keep in a bowl , keep your face near bowl & cover yourself with towel to feel the hot steam coming from it & also inhale the steam for some times.

2.) wash your nose after flushing out with water.

3.) On each day morning blow out your nose before brushing your teeth.

4.) Trim the hair inside the nose but take care that scissors are washed before using it.
