Job Announcement -Webmaster for Women's Justice Center

We are a small non profit with a big website dedicated to ending violence against women and girls. Our webmaster of twelve years is retiring and we're looking for someone new to maintain, update,
innovate, and care for the site.
There are approxamately 10-20 hours work a month. Pay is $30 per hour.
The site is at http://www.justicewomen.com . It has over 600 pages and is a dual language (Spanish) website. (It's not essential that the webmaster be bilingual.)
Requirements:
* Professional experience maintaining large websites,
* Full familiarity with HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, web graphic optimization, Illustrator, and Acrobat,
* Capability with forms, javascript, XHTML, CSS preferred,
* Experience with social networking formats,
* Ability to navigate through Spanish language documents. (Our website is a dual language website. Though you don't need to be bilingual, you do need to be familiar enough with Spanish text that you can manage and layout the texts.)
* Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
* Good English writing skills.
* Supportive of women's rights.
