Hi beauty care members and friends, this is sridharan from chennai , tamilnadu and we have seen more beauty tips for face and skin, sleep also decides a persons health and beauty , today i am goin to share some tips for good sleep , lets check it out now
Tips :
- Do not watch TV or use the computer before going to sleep ( it makes to be active than sleeping )
- Have a high-protein snack about two hours before bedtime ( egg whites , tuna fish , peanut butter, oatmeal )
- Do not drink fluids two hours before bedtime ( Water but limit it )
- go to bed early ( normal sleep time is 10 or 11 )
