Hi Beauty care members , This is sridharan from chennai , tamilnadu and yesterday i told about reducing wrinkles near eyes , i thought to share today some tips to reduce weight for womens because not only skin decides your beauty but your body shapes too.
Many girls and boys think they are more weight . there is difference between who should reduce weight and who should make their body fit .
First in order to find , you need to find out the body mass index and you can send your height in ( feet and inches (or) centimeters and weight in pounds (or) kilograms . i will find your body mass index and say ..
Some peoples has fat around their Waistline ( Belly ) , if you have belly then there some exercise to reduce it and if you are fat like this
then here are some tips and suggestions for youThings you must not do :-
1. Avoid ghee, chocolates, sweets, deep fried foods, pizza, burgers, bakery products, biscuits and aerated drinks ( soft drinks like coca cola , Pepsi and flavored drinks , you can drink pure fruits juices )

2. Avoid larger meals ( that is don't full food item, eat half at 8 am and eat other at 9 ,with some interval )
3. Don't avoid breakfast or dinner or lunch
Things you must do:-
1. Add brown rice, whole wheat, ragi, jowar, bajra, vegetables, oats, sprouts, salads and dals.
2. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Take it five times daily.
3. Drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water daily.( It also helps to glow your skin )
4. Do exercise daily ( you don't need lift weight and take push ups , there are some set of home made exercise for reducing belly alone , you can ask me i will help you )
