Finding a job can in some ways be easier for graduates with an MBA in industrial management if they are not looking to work in one particular field. Salaries can be difficult to pin down as they will depend largely on experience and industry, but some higher level managers may be able to pull in 20-30% more than they would without an MBA degree.
