Today, you can complete college degrees in science--both associate's and bachelor's --through online education programs. Depending on your career goals, you may choose to further specialize in forensic science, geology, environmental science, chemistry, and more. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, those with college degrees in science should expect solid employment opportunities . For example, between 2006 and 2016, biological technicians  should see 16 percent job growth, environmental science technicians should expect 28 percent  growth, and forensic science technicians should enjoy 31 percent growth.
